About this fabric

This substantial 700gsm fabric has a finely textured plain weave and a useable width of 148cm, making it well suited to upholstery. The Empire Grey tone reads as muted and cool rather than warm, with a softly slate-like cast across the surface. At 93 threads per cm, the weave appears dense and consistent, while the 0cm vertical and horizontal repeats confirm its completely plain construction. The supplied standard length is 25m.

How to use it

Use this cool Empire Grey on tailored sofas, dining chairs or ottomans where its dense plain weave can provide a calm, quietly structured foundation. Pair it with pale stone, blue-grey or warm timber accents to balance the shade's cooler cast.
