Lustre Tile Pewter

The Muse Wallcoverings WallpaperZOW0010-02

Lustre Tile Pewter presents a cool grey-pewter ground divided into broad tile-like blocks, with each section marked by mottled shading, fine cracks and darker worn edges. The softly distressed surface gives the design a weathered, mineral quality rather than a crisp geometric finish.

About this fabric

This Zoffany wallpaper has a useable width of 52 cm and a 52 cm vertical pattern repeat, with a standard length of 10.05 m. Across the cool pewter-grey ground, pale cloudy areas sit alongside charcoal-grey flecks, hairline crackle marks and deeper staining around parts of the tile grid. At 177 gsm, it has a substantial specification for a decorative wallcovering, while the low-contrast colouring keeps the distressed pattern restrained. The horizontal repeat is listed as 0 cm.

How to use it

Pair the cool pewter tone with charcoal, aged timber, brushed metal and soft grey upholstery; it works especially well as a feature wall where the tile grid and weathered marks can be read at close range.

Use this cool, weathered pewter tile effect to bring softly industrial depth to a contemporary or transitional room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
