DArcy Smoked Pearl

The Muse Wallcoverings WallpaperZOW0060-03

DArcy Smoked Pearl presents a softly muted taupe-pearl ground crossed by broad, fluid ribbon forms. The pale, stippled pattern gives the colourway gentle depth while retaining an airy, low-contrast appearance.

About this fabric

The design features sweeping, serpentine bands that curve across the surface, with their edges and surrounding areas picked out in a fine, grain-like stippled texture. Smoked Pearl sits between cool taupe, pale grey and warm ivory, creating a restrained tonal contrast rather than a strongly graphic effect. This wallpaper has a 52 cm usable width, a 10.05 m standard length and a 64.1 cm vertical pattern repeat. At 215 gsm, it has a substantial specification suited to a considered wallcovering application.

How to use it

Use DArcy Smoked Pearl across a bedroom, hallway or quiet sitting room where its pale taupe ground can soften stronger timber, stone or charcoal accents. Allow the large flowing repeat to remain visible on a broad wall rather than competing with highly patterned furnishings.

Use its softly mottled pearl-taupe ground and sweeping pale ribbons to bring quiet movement to a refined interior.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside DArcy Smoked Pearl without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
