Giacometti Mineral

City Fabric

Giacometti Mineral has a cool mineral-grey ground with a densely nubby, softly pebbled surface. Subtle blue and warm rust flecks give the muted colourway quiet variation rather than a flat finish.

About this fabric

The close-textured surface is made up of numerous small, irregular raised points, creating a tactile appearance across the cloth. Its dominant grey tone reads cool and mineral-like, with pale blue and blue-grey flecks adding a light, silvery lift. Tiny muted rust, peach and warm beige notes are scattered through the weave, bringing restrained warmth to the otherwise cool palette. The substantial-looking texture gives this textile an upholstery-led character with a smart, understated finish.

How to use it

Use this cool mineral-grey colourway on an occasional chair, sofa or headboard, then draw out its quieter blue flecks with slate or powder-blue accents and echo the warm notes through timber or rust-toned accessories.

Pair the cool mineral-grey ground with pale timber, blue-grey accents and warm rust details for balanced depth.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
