About this fabric
The colour reads as a rich cognac brown, with subtle shifts between toasted mid-brown and deeper russet shading across the face. Fine horizontal strié lines run continuously through the swatch, creating gentle visual movement rather than a defined motif. The surface has a low, soft lustre that catches the light along the horizontal grain, giving the fabric depth without making it glossy.
How to use it
Use this warm, earthy colourway on a statement armchair, sofa or headboard where its tonal strié can add depth without introducing a strong pattern. It pairs naturally with walnut, tobacco leather, aged brass and muted cream upholstery.
Use this warm cognac tone to bring depth to tailored seating, especially alongside tobacco leather, walnut and aged brass.

Pairs well with
Amaluna Cognac is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
