About this fabric

The pattern reads as overlapping cloud banks, with broad, irregular bands drifting across the swatch rather than forming a crisp geometric repeat. Chalk, mushroom and charcoal-grey passages sit within the taupe ground, creating a cool, mineral character with noticeable tonal depth. Feathered edges and mottled shading give the surface a brushed, painterly appearance, while the subtle textile grain keeps the design tactile.
