About this fabric

The taupe-grey background has a warm, slightly mauve cast, while the ivory feather motifs provide a gentle, chalky contrast. Each feather is drawn with visible central stems and fine side markings, creating an organic repeating pattern. A distressed, uneven surface effect breaks up the ground so the colour reads softly rather than flatly. This is a relaxed, versatile textile for upholstered pieces, cushions or curtains where a quiet botanical note is wanted.

How to use it

Use the dusty taupe ground alongside oatmeal upholstery, aged oak and ivory linens, or let it add subdued pattern to curtains in a neutral room.

Pair the dusty taupe ground with ivory, linen and warm natural timber for a calm, softly weathered scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
