About this fabric

The large-scale repeat combines curling foliage, stylised flowers, teardrop paisleys and small bird-like motifs in a closely worked ornamental arrangement. Its warm oyster base is balanced by cool grey, charcoal and subdued olive accents, while pale highlights pick out the finer leaves and petal shapes. The image shows a visually substantial, structured fabric surface rather than a plain cloth, and this SKU is catalogued as a fabric with no performance features noted.

How to use it

Use Jaipur Oyster on a traditional armchair, occasional upholstery or full-length curtains where its warm taupe ground can soften deeper wood tones. Pair it with charcoal, weathered olive and chalky neutrals to draw out the pattern’s muted accents.

The softly muted oyster ground and detailed paisley floral repeat bring a collected, traditional feel to upholstery and drapery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
