About this fabric

The small herringbone structure combines pale fawn and slightly deeper taupe threads, creating a softly heathered appearance rather than a flat plain. This 137cm-wide fabric is made from 16% linen, 18% viscose, 20% cotton, 40% wool and 6% polyester. Listed for curtains and fixed upholstery, it offers a versatile woven character for both tailored window treatments and seating. Faroe Fawn is dry clean only.

How to use it

Use Faroe Fawn to upholster a classic armchair, dining seat or sofa where its warm light taupe tone can soften darker timber and richer accent colours. It also works as calm, textured curtains in rooms needing gentle pattern without strong contrast.

A softly textured fawn herringbone that brings subtle pattern to tailored upholstery or gently full curtains.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Faroe Fawn without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
