Faroe FabricLF2042

Faroe Eggshell is a quiet, light cream textile with a fine herringbone structure. Its closely spaced zigzag weave gives the surface a softly tactile, gently variegated finish rather than a flat plain.

About this fabric

The eggshell ground reads as a warm, pale neutral, with delicate beige variation visible between the small woven chevrons. This subtle herringbone texture adds definition while keeping the colourway light and restrained. Woven from 16% linen, 18% viscose, 20% cotton, 40% wool and 6% polyester, it has a naturally mixed fibre character. At approximately 137cm wide, it is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery, with Contract and General Domestic grading and dry-clean care.

How to use it

Use Faroe Eggshell to bring a softly tailored finish to full-length curtains, where its pale cream tone will keep the room bright without looking stark. It also suits fixed upholstery on seating that calls for a quiet, finely textured neutral.

Use this softly textured cream herringbone for tailored curtains or calm, understated upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
