About this fabric

The close-up shows a small broken diagonal motif woven through an eggshell, ivory and pale taupe palette. Its tactile surface is subtly nubby, with alternating threads catching the light and keeping the cream colour from appearing flat. Westray Egg Shell is composed of 30% wool and 70% cotton and is approximately 137cm wide. Rated Contract and General Domestic for Fixed Upholstery, it is suitable for seating and should be dry cleaned.

How to use it

Use this warm light-neutral on an armchair, sofa or dining seat where its fine woven pattern can add texture without dominating the room. It pairs naturally with chalky whites, pale timber and understated taupe accents.

A warm eggshell woven upholstery with subtle ivory and taupe texture for light, quietly tailored seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
