Faroe Tangerine

Faroe FabricLF2042

Faroe Tangerine brings a muted tangerine warmth to the Faroe collection, with a closely woven herringbone surface that reads as terracotta-orange at first glance. Its fine broken-chevron texture adds quiet movement without becoming a dominant pattern.

About this fabric

The swatch combines a warm, earthy orange ground with fine lighter and darker threads, creating a compact herringbone that subtly catches the light. With 40% wool alongside cotton, viscose, linen and polyester, this 137cm-wide fabric has a substantial woven character suited to both curtains and fixed upholstery. It is graded for Contract and General Domestic use, making it a practical choice where the colour and texture need to work hard without looking utilitarian. Faroe Tangerine is dry clean only.

How to use it

Use this warm terracotta-orange colourway to give a dining chair, reading chair or tailored curtain a softly energising note. Pair it with chalky neutrals, tobacco leather or deep olive accents to draw out the weave’s earthy depth.

A warm, finely patterned wool-rich weave that brings understated colour to curtains and fixed upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
