Jaipur Floral Deep is a densely drawn floral fabric with a deep charcoal ground and an intricate spread of curling stems, leaves and flower heads. Cream, sage green, muted blue and blue-grey details create a layered, cool-toned colourway.

About this fabric

The dark charcoal background gives this pattern considerable visual depth, allowing the pale cream flowers and curling foliage to stand out clearly. Sage and blue-grey leaves soften the contrast, while small blue and cream accents add detail between the larger floral forms. The design is shown as a fabric with a compact, even-looking surface and a medium-scale repeat visible across the swatch. No performance features are noted for this fabric, so its use should be selected with the intended upholstery or drapery application in mind.

How to use it

Use Jaipur Floral Deep where a room can carry a richly patterned, cool charcoal textile: on an occasional chair, bench or pair of curtains, it can sit comfortably with warm timber, aged brass and plain grey-blue upholstery. Keep surrounding fabrics relatively quiet so the cream and sage foliage remains legible.

The deep charcoal ground gives the scrolling floral pattern a considered, tailored look, while cream, sage and blue-grey accents add gentle contrast.
