About this fabric

The design combines layered flower heads, elongated leaves and winding stems in a pale ivory tone against the dusty mauve-taupe background. Fine linear detailing within the leaves and petals gives the pattern visible depth, while the closely packed layout creates an all-over effect rather than a widely spaced repeat. The surface appears softly textured, with the lighter motifs catching the light against the more subdued ground. This is catalogued as a fabric; no composition, width, rub-test or performance specification has been supplied.

How to use it

Use this colourway where a room needs botanical pattern without strong contrast: it pairs naturally with chalky ivory, warm stone and deeper mushroom upholstery. The mauve cast can also add a gentle, grown-up note to curtains or an occasional chair.

A softly muted mauve-taupe ground with an ivory botanical design, suited to relaxed upholstery and coordinated window treatments.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Isabella Colour 10 without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
