About this fabric
The warm pale-cream ground is filled with large peony-like blooms, smaller clustered flowers, pointed leaves and curling stems in a densely arranged repeat. Dusty blue and sage dominate the colourway, while deeper slate-blue and charcoal accents give the foliage and flowers added depth. The muted, slightly faded palette keeps the substantial floral pattern feeling calm rather than vivid, and the close image reveals a lightly nubby surface. No composition, width, rub test or performance feature has been supplied for this fabric, so those specifications remain unassigned.
How to use it
Use this colourway to soften a classic sitting room through an upholstered chair, sofa or pair of curtains, pairing its warm cream ground with natural wood and the cooler slate-blue accents with muted sage walls. Its layered botanical scale can act as the room’s main pattern while remaining restrained in tone.
A softly muted botanical colourway that brings layered blue, sage and cream into a room without feeling overly bright.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
