About this fabric

This densely patterned floral combines muted blue blossoms with ochre-yellow flowers and olive-to-taupe leaves, all set against a warm cream background. Dark blue-grey outlines give the individual petals and leaves definition without making the palette feel sharp or highly saturated. The visible fine cloth texture gives the swatch a mid-weight appearance, making it suitable for both upholstery and drapery. No composition, width or performance figures were supplied for this colourway.

How to use it

Pair this colourway with warm neutrals, aged timber and natural linens, allowing the cream ground to soften the deeper blue blooms. It would work particularly well on a traditional occasional chair, bench cushion or relaxed pair of curtains.

Use the warm cream ground and softened blue, olive and ochre palette to bring a traditional botanical feel to upholstery or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
