About this fabric

Large mirrored bouquets, curling foliage and layered floral sprays create an ornate, symmetrical design across the cloth. The cool slate leaves temper the warmer ochre and terracotta flowers, while the pale stone ground keeps the overall colourway soft rather than saturated. The visible weave adds a lightly textured, tactile finish that suits its formal damask character. This is catalogued as Fabric; no composition, width, rub-test specification or performance features have been supplied.

How to use it

Pair the blue-grey foliage with warm taupe upholstery, aged timber and brushed brass, using the muted terracotta accents as small coordinating touches. The pale ground also allows this colourway to sit comfortably in a light, traditional room without losing its pattern depth.

Use this muted slate, taupe and terracotta damask to bring ornamental depth to classic upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
