About this fabric
The surface is visibly woven, with small intersecting threads creating a dry, linen-like texture rather than a smooth finish. Narrow vertical bands repeat across the cloth, shifting between pale taupe, grey and deeper sloe-purple lines. The purple is muted and slightly smoky, adding depth without overpowering the neutral ground. As no composition, width or performance specification has been supplied, this fabric is best assessed from the visible mid-weight woven handle and used for upholstery or drapery subject to project requirements.
How to use it
Use Hodder Sloe on a relaxed sofa, occasional chair or full-length curtains where its cool taupe ground can soften a room. Echo the sloe stripes with plum cushions or balance them against chalk, stone and weathered wood.
