Hodder Candy

Stripes Volume 2 FabricHDDRCNDY

Hodder Candy combines a softly mottled sage-grey ground with slender vertical stripes in pale grey, muted green and candy red. The close-up shows a tactile woven surface that gives the colourway gentle depth rather than a flat finish.

About this fabric

The weave has a fine, closely textured appearance, with narrow vertical stripes running in an irregular, closely spaced rhythm. Muted candy-red lines provide warm contrast against the cooler sage and pale grey ground, while the mixed yarn effect softens the overall impression. No composition, width, rub test or performance features are supplied for this colourway, so suitability should be confirmed against the intended application.

How to use it

Use the sage-grey base as a quiet bridge between pale neutrals and weathered green, then echo the muted candy-red stripes with a small accent cushion or painted detail. The vertical direction can add a tailored, gently elongating note to a chair, bench or simple blind.

The muted sage-grey ground and fine candy-red stripes bring gentle colour and tailored rhythm to upholstery or window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
