Misc Fabric

Friendly Folk Huntsman Red has a warm, deep red ground scattered with fine ivory folk illustrations. The varied motifs give the surface an informal, storybook quality rather than a rigid geometric rhythm.

About this fabric

The rich red background is softened by a fine, slightly irregular woven texture visible across the face of the cloth. Ivory motifs include stylised trees, flowers, small birds and lively animal or figure scenes, creating a detailed repeat with plenty of visual movement. The contrast is clear but not harsh, allowing the pattern to feel decorative while retaining the depth of the red ground. No composition, width or rub-test information is supplied for this SKU.

How to use it

Pair this warm red colourway with natural timber, aged brass and quiet cream upholstery, or use it for curtains where the ivory illustrations can be appreciated across a larger drop.

Use the warm red ground and ivory folk illustrations to bring character to a relaxed chair, banquette or full-length curtain.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
