About this fabric

Broad raspberry stripes and narrower red lines run across the ivory ground, creating a graphic pattern with clear contrast and a lively, almost handwoven character. The raised, pebbled weave gives the red areas visual depth, while the ivory sections appear softer and lighter where they curve into shadow. The supplied record notes no performance features or further specification data for this fabric. Its visibly substantial woven handle makes it best suited to upholstery.

How to use it

Use Mountain Stripe Alpine on a statement armchair, ottoman or bench where the saturated raspberry can energise a neutral room. Pair it with chalky whites, warm ivory and restrained natural timber to balance the bold stripe.

Use the vivid raspberry and ivory stripes to bring graphic energy to upholstered seating, softened by the cloth’s tactile woven surface.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
