Rocco Thunder Linen presents a deep, understated grey with a faint olive cast. The close-up reveals a fine, closely set weave that gives the plain surface quiet movement rather than a printed pattern.

About this fabric

This colourway sits between charcoal grey and muted olive, creating a cool, earthy depth that changes gently as light moves across the weave. Its tightly woven surface is visibly tactile, with tiny intersecting threads forming a restrained linen-like texture. There is no visible motif or repeat, so the colour and weave provide the entire character of the cloth. The balanced appearance makes it suitable for upholstery or drapery where a calm, textural grey is preferred.

How to use it

Use Thunder Linen to temper warmer timber, rust and ochre accents, or pair its olive-grey depth with chalky whites and soft stone neutrals. It would bring quiet definition to a tailored chair, headboard or relaxed curtain scheme.

Its cool, earthy grey-green tone suits understated upholstery, cushions and softly tailored window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
