About this fabric

The fabric’s blue ground is muted and airy rather than saturated, with subtle tonal variation across the closely woven surface. Small ivory thyme-like stems repeat in an informal grid, standing out gently against the blue without looking stark. Fine horizontal and vertical threads create a lightly slubbed texture that catches the light with quiet depth. No performance features are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use this cool sky-blue colourway to bring a calm, coastal brightness to relaxed curtains, occasional upholstery or a softly layered bedroom scheme. Echo the ivory sprigs with chalky painted wood, off-white linen-look textiles and pale natural timber.

Pair the cool sky-blue ground with chalky whites, pale oak and relaxed upholstered or curtained pieces.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
