About this fabric

The design is formed from rounded, capsule-like shapes arranged in close, staggered rows, with tan and ivory sections creating strong contrast against the charcoal background. Its warm camel-brown tone keeps the dark ground from feeling stark, while the creamy ivory adds definition and catches the light across the textured weave. The substantial-looking woven construction makes this colourway best suited to upholstery. It is catalogued as Fabric, with no performance features noted.

How to use it

Use Timor Anise on a statement armchair, ottoman or compact sofa where its charcoal, tan and ivory palette can anchor warm wood, leather and cream textiles. Keep surrounding patterns restrained so the alternating capsule motifs remain the room’s focal point.

A graphic, tactile upholstery fabric balancing deep charcoal with warm tan and soft ivory motifs.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
