Logan Charcoal is a cool, deep grey textile with a densely mottled surface of pale flecks and darker threads. Its close tonal variation gives the swatch a softly dimensional, almost granular appearance.

About this fabric

The charcoal ground is broken by fine silver-grey and near-black marks, creating a restrained woven texture rather than a bold graphic motif. At 639 gsm, Logan Charcoal has the substantial presence suited to upholstery. The fabric has a 137 cm usable width, with a 42 cm vertical repeat and 34.3 cm horizontal repeat. In this colourway, the low-contrast pattern keeps the overall impression calm and tailored while preventing the deep grey from appearing flat.

How to use it

Use Logan Charcoal on a sofa, occasional chair or headboard where its cool grey depth can anchor a room. Pair it with chalky whites, pale timber and brushed metal for a crisp scheme, or layer it with darker grey and black for a more enveloping look.

A substantial charcoal-grey woven texture that brings depth to contemporary upholstery without a strong contrast pattern.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
