About this fabric

The close texture creates subtle tonal movement across the dove-grey surface, with pale silver-grey flecks catching the light against a slightly deeper grey ground. At 332 gsm and 20 threads per cm, it has the visual substance of a versatile mid-weight textile suitable for both upholstery and drapery. The fabric has a 140 cm usable width and a 35 m standard length. Its listed pattern repeat is 24 cm vertically by 35 cm horizontally, although the visible design reads as an understated textural rhythm rather than a bold motif.

How to use it

Use Astraea Dove to bring a cool, softened grey layer to contemporary seating, headboards or curtains, pairing it with chalky whites, pale timber and muted silver accents. Its restrained texture adds depth without introducing a strong contrasting pattern.
