Cranbrook Mineral

Castle Garden FabricCCF0178-06

Cranbrook Mineral pairs a warm, pale mineral-beige ground with softened sage-grey floral outlines. The close-up reveals a fine woven texture beneath scrolling stems, leaves and clustered blooms, giving the colourway a quiet, timeworn character.

About this fabric

The floral pattern is rendered in a restrained grey-green that sits gently against the creamy mineral ground, rather than reading as a bright or saturated green. Layered petals, curling stems and broad leaves create a medium-scale repeat with a softly traditional appearance. At 465gsm, this is a substantial woven fabric with a reassuringly tactile surface suited to upholstery. It has a 137cm usable width, a 60cm vertical repeat and a 35cm horizontal repeat; the standard length is 40m.

How to use it

Use Cranbrook Mineral on a feature armchair, dining chair or occasional sofa where its cool sage tracing can soften warm wood and stone. Keep surrounding textiles quiet and pick out the beige ground with natural linen, oatmeal or muted olive accents.

A softly traditional floral woven in pale sage and warm mineral beige, with enough visual depth for upholstered seating.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Cranbrook Mineral without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
