About this fabric
The swatch shows closely spaced vertical ridges, with lighter grey highlights running between deeper charcoal channels rather than a printed motif. This muted, warm-leaning grey has more depth than a flat neutral, while the fine construction keeps the overall impression light and fluid. At 95 gsm and 307 cm usable width, it is well suited to broad curtain drops with a clean vertical fall. The 0.9 cm horizontal repeat records the subtle crosswise texture, while the 0 cm vertical repeat confirms that there is no advancing vertical pattern.
How to use it
Use Matteo Charcoal across full-height windows where its warm grey tone can soften strong daylight without adding visual heaviness. Pair it with pale stone, putty or deeper charcoal upholstery to draw out the fine ribbed texture.
