About this fabric

The fine vertical texture shifts subtly between soft blue and silvery blue as the light moves across the cloth, giving this colourway an airy, calm character. At 95 gsm, it is a lightweight fabric suited to drapery, while the 307 cm usable width allows generous curtain drops with minimal joining. The pattern has a 0 cm vertical repeat and a very fine 0.9 cm horizontal repeat, reflecting the closely spaced linear texture visible in the swatch. Its pale, cool tone works particularly well where a room needs softness and light rather than visual weight.

How to use it

Use Matteo Chambray for full-height curtains in a cool bedroom, coastal sitting room or bright contemporary space. Pair the pale blue with chalky white, light grey and brushed silver to reinforce its clean, tranquil tone.
