Regale Ivory/Mocha

Marianne Fabric FabricCCF0718-02

Regale Ivory/Mocha pairs a warm ivory ground with closely drawn mocha paisley scrolls, arranged in delicate vertical columns. The dense woven surface gives the colourway a softly textured, quietly formal appearance.

About this fabric

This substantial 594 gsm fabric is suited to upholstery, with a usable width of 128 cm and a standard length of 40 m. The small scrolling damask motif repeats every 16.5 cm vertically and 16 cm horizontally, creating a consistent all-over rhythm across the cloth. Ivory threads keep the ground light, while the muted mocha pattern adds gentle warmth and definition rather than a sharp contrast. Fine woven texture catches the light across the curving paisley shapes, giving the surface depth without making the colourway feel showy.

How to use it

Use Regale Ivory/Mocha on a traditional armchair, dining chair or upholstered headboard where its warm neutral pairing can sit comfortably with walnut, painted timber and antique brass. Keep surrounding textiles softly tonal to let the compact mocha scrollwork provide pattern and depth.

A substantial ivory-and-mocha damask for traditionally styled upholstery and statement occasional pieces.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
