About this fabric

This 510gsm fabric has the substantial handle suited to upholstery, with a 140cm usable width and a standard 40m length. Pale dove-grey yarns create a cool, silvery ground, while slightly deeper grey lines pick out the scrolling paisley forms. The detailed pattern repeats every 32.5cm vertically and 35cm horizontally, giving upholstered pieces a consistent ornamental rhythm. Its low-contrast colouring keeps the elaborate motif composed rather than vivid.

How to use it

Pair Palacio Dove with chalky whites, cool taupes and brushed silver accents, or use it on a statement chair where its softly defined paisley can be appreciated up close.

Use this pale, tonal paisley to bring refined pattern and gentle depth to upholstered seating.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Palacio Dove without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
