Harewood Charcoal
Manor House FabricCCF0066-03
Harewood Charcoal presents a crisp, traditional damask in deep charcoal and soft ivory. The symmetrical floral and scrolling-leaf pattern is set against a visibly fine, crosshatched woven ground, giving the monochrome palette added depth.

About this fabric
This 301gsm fabric has a charcoal ground with pale ivory foliage, stylised flowers and small rosette details arranged in a formal, repeating damask. The close weave gives the surface a subtle crosshatched texture, while the strong light-and-dark contrast keeps each leaf and floral outline clearly defined. It has a usable width of 137cm and a standard length of 40m. The pattern repeat measures 44.2cm vertically by 34.4cm horizontally, making the placement of the large central motifs an important consideration when cutting.
How to use it
Use Harewood Charcoal to upholster a traditional armchair, dining seat or headboard where its cool charcoal depth can anchor a room, or hang it as structured curtains against warm ivory, timber and aged brass. Its formal damask reads especially well when balanced with plain charcoal or cream textiles.
A tailored charcoal-and-ivory damask that brings traditional pattern and crisp contrast to upholstery, curtains or blinds.

Pairs well with
A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Harewood Charcoal without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
