About this fabric

The colour sits between moss, khaki and greyed olive, giving the fabric an earthy depth rather than a bright or saturated green finish. A fine irregular crosshatch is visible in the weave, adding quiet movement and lightly catching the light across the surface. At 300 gsm and 144 cm usable width, Martello Bay is a versatile mid-weight for upholstery or drapery. With a 0 cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeat, the plain woven surface requires no motif matching.

How to use it

Use this cool, softened olive on a relaxed armchair, bench or full-length curtain, pairing it with warm timber, natural linen and softly chalky neutrals. Its greyed moss tone also works well as a grounding layer alongside terracotta or aged brass accents.

A softly textured moss-olive weave that brings understated warmth to upholstery, curtains and blinds.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
