About this fabric

The pattern is made up of curling stems and paired leaves, arranged into broad diamond-like openings across the cloth. Its duckegg blue reads as greyed and understated rather than bright, creating gentle contrast against the natural beige background. At 494 gsm, this is a substantial fabric well suited to upholstery, with a usable width of 137 cm. The design has a 23 cm vertical repeat and a 21.5 cm horizontal repeat, useful measurements when planning pattern placement on a chair, headboard or sofa.

How to use it

Use Malham Duckegg on a statement armchair, dining seat or headboard where its cool botanical tracery can sit against warm wood, stone, ivory or softly weathered neutrals. The muted blue-green detail also works well with brushed metal and pale natural linens without making the room feel overly decorative.
