About this fabric

This 382gsm fabric has a substantial woven handle suited to upholstery, with a 137cm usable width and a standard 40m length. The design features branching, curling stems carrying almond-shaped leaves, whose crosshatched interiors create a fine geometric detail against the plain-looking ground. In this colourway, the caramel-taupe base reads warm and softly muted rather than golden or strongly saturated, allowing the pale outlines and leaf detailing to catch the light. The 46.6cm vertical repeat and 43cm horizontal repeat give the botanical layout a measured, easy-to-place rhythm across upholstered panels.

How to use it

Use Hetton Caramel on a compact armchair, dining chair or headboard where its warm taupe depth can sit comfortably with oak, aged brass and cream upholstery. Pair it with tonal caramel, stone and soft brown accents to echo the leaf interiors without making the scheme feel busy.
