Healey Heather

Richmond FabricCCF0130-03

Healey Heather places a softly heathered taupe ground beneath a neat lattice of outlined diamonds and small teardrop motifs. Olive, plum, muted lilac and brown accents give the pattern a gently varied, collected look.

About this fabric

The fabric’s fine woven surface reads as warm taupe-beige, with pale intersecting lines creating a regular diamond framework across the cloth. Inside each diamond, teardrop shapes alternate between olive green, plum purple, muted lilac and earthy brown, so the colour feels nuanced rather than brightly saturated. At 382 gsm and 137 cm usable width, it has the substance expected of an upholstery fabric. The vertical pattern repeat is 11.5 cm and the horizontal repeat is 16 cm, with a standard length of 40 m.

How to use it

Use the heather-taupe ground to soften a plum, olive or brown upholstered chair, or let the small-scale lattice add quiet pattern to a headboard. The muted lilac and earthy accents work especially well with warm neutrals and aged wood.

The heather-taupe base and jewel-toned teardrops bring measured colour to upholstered chairs, headboards and occasional seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
