About this fabric

This 382gsm fabric has a substantial woven handle suited to upholstery, while its small-scale pattern remains easy to place across a chair, headboard or sofa. Fine pale lines form an interlocking lattice of teardrop shapes, with the coloured drops alternating between deep teal, muted olive and charcoal. The taupe background softens the contrast and gives the colourway a slightly weathered, understated depth rather than a bright or high-energy finish. The pattern repeats every 11.5cm vertically and 16cm horizontally, and the fabric is supplied in a 137cm usable width with a standard 40m length.

How to use it

Use the taupe ground as a quiet bridge between warm neutrals and cooler blue-green accents, then echo the teal or olive drops in piping, cushions or painted joinery. Its compact repeat works particularly well on structured upholstery where the lattice can be seen clearly.

A substantial taupe ground gives the cool teal and olive teardrops a softly graphic, tailored presence on upholstered seating.
