About this fabric

This 490gsm fabric has a richly populated repeat of stylised birds, flowers and curling foliage, with pale motifs standing clearly against the blue ground. Small russet, ochre and terracotta accents add warmth without overpowering the cooler denim tone. It has a 130cm usable width, a 27cm vertical repeat and a 23cm horizontal repeat, allowing the pattern to be planned across upholstered pieces with care. Supplied in a standard 20m length, it is a substantial textile suited to upholstery projects where the detailed woven pattern can be appreciated at close range.

How to use it

Pair the muted denim ground with warm timber, aged brass and neutral upholstery to draw out the spice accents. It works particularly well on a statement armchair, footstool or traditional sofa where the compact repeat can remain visible.
