About this fabric

Woven in 65% Silk and 35% Viscose, this fabric has a smooth, elegant handle that suits its refined floral drawing. The repeat is large at approximately V 74cm / H 63cm, so the sweeping stems and stylised blossoms have room to open out across the cloth. In this colourway, the pinks read fresh rather than sugary, balanced by pale sage leaves, olive outlines and a gentle warm beige ground. The result is a decorative fabric that feels lighter and more pastoral than jewel-toned floral silks, with enough presence for a statement window treatment.

How to use it

Use it for curtains, roman blinds or a full scheme where the soft pink flowers can lift a room with cream upholstery and aged brass. The muted green detailing also pairs well with painted timber in sage, stone or warm white.

Best in flowing curtains or decorative blinds where the embroidered-style flowers can be seen clearly.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Baptista Silk Pink/Green without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
