About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen, this Braganza fabric has a relaxed natural handle that suits drapery as well as light upholstery projects. The design uses a large repeat of approximately V 79cm / H 141cm, so the flowers open out across the cloth in generous, painterly groupings. In this colourway the pinks feel fresh and warm rather than sugary, lifted by pale green leaves and a soft neutral ground that keeps the whole pattern light. The result is a smart, traditional floral with enough openness to avoid looking dense on a room scale.

How to use it

This colourway works beautifully in a country-house bedroom, sitting room or dining chair where the cream base can brighten darker timber and upholstery. Pair it with faded green paint, warm white woodwork or pale natural linens to echo the soft botanical palette.
