Romaine Stripe Fuchsia

Brooke Stripes FabricF4838-03

Romaine Stripe Fuchsia pairs a lively fuchsia stripe with soft neutral ground tones for a fresh, tailored look. The vertical stripe reads crisp and evenly spaced, giving the fabric a neat, decorative rhythm.

About this fabric

This Brooke Stripes fabric combines 52% linen, 42% viscose and 6% polyamide, giving the stripe a slightly refined, lightly textured handle. The colourway sets warm fuchsia-red bands against a softened beige ground, so the overall effect is brighter than a classic ticking stripe but still grounded. With a horizontal repeat of approximately 8cm and an approximate width of 149cm, it has the proportions to sit neatly on chairs, cushions or relaxed curtains. The fine woven surface in the image catches the light subtly, helping the pink stripes feel rich rather than flat.

How to use it

Pair Romaine Stripe Fuchsia with pale oak, parchment and blush accents for a clean scheme with a vivid edge. It also works well against painted woodwork in chalky white or muted olive to calm the stronger pink.

Use with warm neutrals and timber to balance the vivid pink tone.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Romaine Stripe Fuchsia without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
