About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton and measuring approximately 138cm wide, this Brooke Stripes colourway has a vertical repeat of around 13cm. The design reads as a refined stripe rather than a rigid one: narrow blue lines are interrupted by soft, painterly navy dashes that give the surface movement and texture. On the cream ground, the navy appears deep and slightly inky, while the lighter blue stripes keep the whole composition feeling clear and airy. With no performance features noted and a Q 8 : T 3 care code, it suits schemes where a crisp decorative fabric is wanted without a heavy or glossy finish.

How to use it

Use it on upholstered occasional chairs, cushions, or a relaxed blind where the navy stands out against pale wood or painted joinery. It also works well with white, stone, and muted blue accents for a fresh coastal or country-smart room.

A crisp striped cotton that works well for tailored upholstery or classic drapery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
