About this fabric

Woven in 82% viscose and 18% linen, this fabric has the smoothness and gentle sheen associated with viscose tempered by the more natural look of linen. The check is set on a medium scale, with a vertical repeat of approximately 11cm and no horizontal repeat noted, which gives it a calm, orderly rhythm across the cloth. In this colourway the aqua reads muted and watery rather than bright, softened by stone, parchment and a whisper of grey. At 143cm wide, it is a practical width for both upholstery and drapery applications, and the overall effect is fresh, restrained and easy to live with.

How to use it

Use it on a relaxed armchair, banquette or Roman blind where the soft aqua can lift a neutral scheme without feeling bold. It works especially well with warm whites, weathered oak and pale grey upholstery.

Pair with chalky neutrals and pale timber for a calm, tailored look.
