About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen, this fabric has the natural slub and slightly dry handle that suit a relaxed decorative upholstery or elegant drapery scheme. The repeat is large at approximately V 76cm / H 68cm, which gives the floral and urn motifs room to read clearly across the cloth. In this colourway, the pinks feel powdery rather than bright, balanced by sage and leaf green with touches of soft yellow, blue and apricot that keep the overall effect light. The 136cm approximate width makes it practical for larger drops or statement furniture pieces, and the patterned ground reads airy rather than dense. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for specification reference.

How to use it

Use it where you want a country-house look with a gentler, more romantic edge: upholstered chairs, cushions or full-length curtains all suit the pastel palette. It pairs particularly well with painted wood in chalk white, pale sage or worn cream.

A romantic linen with painterly florals in a gentle pastel palette.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
