About this fabric

This colourway reads as a cool, muted old blue rather than a strong navy or bright denim, giving the leaf pattern a gentle contrast against the ground. The woven detail has a softly lustrous finish from its 49% viscose content, while the 51% linen adds a drier, more tailored character. With a repeat of approx. V 30cm / H 34cm and a width of approx. 136cm, it is well suited to elegant furnishing projects where the pattern can be allowed to breathe. The overall effect is polished but quiet, with enough texture in the weave to keep the surface looking rich rather than flat.

How to use it

Use it for relaxed formal curtains, Roman blinds, or a refined occasional chair where the cool blue-grey tone can sit neatly with painted wood and pale neutrals. It also works well in a layered room with oatmeal, chalk white, or weathered oak.
