About this fabric

Woven in 100% wool, this fabric has the reassuring body and handle you would expect from a smart furnishing cloth, with a width of approximately 151cm and a repeat of V 24cm / H 21cm. The plaid reads as a muted navy blue rather than a bright blue, with smoky grey overchecks and narrow cream-beige lines that lift the design without sharpening it. In the swatch, the colour feels restrained and slightly heathered, so the checks sit neatly against the darker ground rather than jumping out. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BH are supplied for this exact quality.

How to use it

Use it for a tailored armchair, banquette, or loose cover where the navy ground can anchor the room. It also works well at the window, especially with oat, stone, or warm wood finishes that pick out the beige lines.
