Jasper Aqua

Jasper FabricJ0147-04

Jasper Aqua shows a cool, softly weathered aqua ground with narrow vertical striping that gives the cloth a quiet, tailored rhythm. The weave reads crisp and lightly textured rather than flat, so the colour feels fresh without looking stark.

About this fabric

This Jasper colourway combines 44% viscose, 22% polyester, 19% linen and 15% cotton, giving the fabric a balanced, slightly nubby handle that sits comfortably in the mid-weight range. The 4cm vertical and horizontal repeat creates a fine stitched-stripe effect, and the 140cm approximate width makes it practical for a range of furnishing uses. In this aqua version, the pale blue-green tone is softened by a greyed cast, so it feels calm and slightly coastal rather than bright or primary. The surface catches the light with a gentle matte-to-satin variation, which helps the stripes stand out without becoming busy.

How to use it

Use Jasper Aqua on a neat armchair, bench or headboard to bring a cool, breezy note into the room. It also works well for relaxed curtains where the soft aqua tone can lift white walls and natural timber.

Pair with pale woods and chalky neutrals to let the cool aqua stripe read fresh and airy.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
