Asher Stripe Indigo

Kansa Stripes FabricJ0220-03

Asher Stripe Indigo shows a crisp, tightly ordered stripe with a cool teal-indigo ground and slender pale pinstripes running through it. The result is neat and composed, with a fresh, understated rhythm rather than a bold contrast.

About this fabric

From the Kansa Stripes collection by Jane Churchill, this fabric is 100% cotton and measures approximately 128cm wide. The repeat is a neat V 1cm / H 8cm approx, which keeps the vertical stripe effect clean and regular across the cloth. In this colourway the blue reads as a deep teal-indigo, softened by fine ivory and muted pale blue lines that give the surface a little movement without breaking its tailored feel. With care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM, it is a practical decorative cotton with a smart, orderly finish.

How to use it

Use it on a buttoned armchair, dining chairs or Roman blinds where the cool indigo tone can sharpen cream, oak or painted timber. It also works well as a calm contrast beside plain linens and deeper navy accents.

Works neatly on tailored upholstery or crisp curtains for a clean, classic look.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
