Raffi Aqua shows a pale, cool aqua ground with a neat all-over geometric motif in a lighter tone. The overall effect is crisp, airy and quietly textural rather than bright.

About this fabric

This Jasper fabric by Jane Churchill has a small repeat of around 6cm vertically and horizontally, giving the design a finely tiled rhythm across the surface. The 45% cotton, 44% viscose and 11% linen blend reads with a soft matte-to-slightly-lustrous handle, which suits the gentle, chalky aqua colouring seen here. At approximately 144cm wide, it is a practical width for larger upholstery runs or tailored drapery projects. The tiny motif and cool blue-green tone keep it calm and contemporary without losing the character of the woven texture.

How to use it

Use Raffi Aqua on a clean-lined armchair, ottoman or Roman blind where its pale aqua ground can lift a room without dominating it. It pairs especially well with bleached timber, white-painted joinery and quiet neutrals.

A fresh aqua ground with a tiny repeating motif for easy, layered interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
