About this fabric

This Jane Churchill fabric has a calm, textural stripe that reads more tailored than bold, with fine woven detail and a gently slubbed handle visible across the surface. The 142cm approximate width gives good scope for upholstery or drapery use, and the composition blends 41% viscose, 21% cotton, 19% linen, 14% polyacrylic and 5% polyester. The repeat is approximately V 26cm / H 8cm, which supports the orderly horizontal rhythm of the design, while the warm red ochre notes are softened by dusty blue and taupe accents. It feels like a restrained, heritage-inspired colourway rather than a bright stripe, with the lighter ground keeping the overall effect balanced.
